Cancellations & Pre-Orders
Please review this policy carefully before completing your purchase. By placing an order with Xaria Co., you acknowledge and agree to the cancellation and pre-order terms outlined below.
Review Your Order Before Checkout
Before placing your order, please confirm that all information is complete and accurate. This includes the items, sizes, colors, quantities, shipping address, billing information and contact details associated with your order.
Xaria Co. is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries or other issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information submitted during checkout.
Cancellation Requests
You may request an order cancellation within approximately 24 hours of placing your order. However, submitting a request does not guarantee that the cancellation will be approved.
Orders may begin processing shortly after they are placed. If your order has already entered fulfillment, been packed or shipped, we may be unable to cancel or modify it.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. If eligible, you may follow the applicable return process after the order has been delivered.
How to Request a Cancellation
Contact us as soon as possible at info@xariaco.com and include your full name and order number.
We will review the status of your order and let you know whether the cancellation can be completed. A cancellation is only confirmed after you receive written confirmation from Xaria Co.
Pre-Order Items
A pre-order allows you to reserve an item before it is available for immediate shipment. Pre-order items do not ship right away.
The anticipated availability or shipping date will be displayed on the relevant product page. Your pre-order will be shipped when the item becomes available on or around the specified date.
Estimated dates are provided in good faith and may change due to production, inventory, carrier or other delays outside our reasonable control. If a material delay occurs, we may provide an updated estimate when available.
Orders Containing Pre-Order and In-Stock Items
If you purchase an in-stock item and a pre-order item in the same order, the full order may be held until the pre-order item becomes available and all items can be shipped together.
Place in-stock items and pre-order items as separate orders if you would like the in-stock items to be processed and shipped sooner. Separate shipping charges may apply.
Customer Acknowledgment
By placing an order with Xaria Co., you acknowledge that cancellation requests are not guaranteed, shipped orders cannot be canceled, pre-order items are not available for immediate shipment and mixed orders may be held until all items are ready.
